Profile:
My research focuses on the ecology modelling of populations and marine ecosystem dynamics. I’m interested in generating information that allows exploring effects of environmental variability and designing management strategies related to conservation, fishing activity and climate change. My research also addresses a variety of issues of management concern including the functional role of species at ecosystems and the interaction between introduced and endemic fauna on Galapagos Islands. I expect to use my research to develop strategies for the management of species introduced into land and marine environments.
